ARE YOUR BAKES HALAL?
Our cakes are not certified Halal. However, most of our bakes do not contain alcohol or gelatin unless otherwise stated.
DO YOU DO CUSTOMIZATION
Customised bake-box are available with a min MOQ. Do email/DM us for more enquiries.
However, we do not do other customisation requests to the cake, or other cake designs (e.g. fondant, characters, fresh flowers) other than those shown in the website.
ARE YOUR BAKES GLUTEN/VEGAN?
Our cakes are not gluten free/dairy free/eggless/vegan. Only our bagels are eggless and dairy free. Also, kindly note that although some of our products do not contain nuts, they are made in a kitchen that handles nuts.
All our cakes are sold in slices unless stated. Whole cakes are only sold in 6" size, good for 4-6 pax.
1 complimentary candle will be given for every cake order upon request.
ARE YOUR DONUTS AVAILABLE DAILY?
Yes, donuts are available daily after 11.30AM.
HOW LONG CAN I KEEP YOUR BAKES?
All cakes are to be refrigerated at all times and can last 1-1.5HR at room temperature. We recommend to consume them within 2 days for maximum freshness. All breads, including donuts are recommended to consume within the day of purchase. Donut needs to be refrigerated if not consumed on the day itself.
HOW LONG IN ADVANCE SHOULD I ORDER?
All orders has to be made 2 days in advance.( Eg. for Friday delivery/self-collection, please place your orders latest by Wednesday.) All orders placed after 5PM will be counted as a next day order. (Eg. Order placed on Wednesday 6PM will be available for pick-up/delivery earliest Saturday.) For urgent orders, kindly contact us @ 96181572 .
Delivery will be $18 islandwide between 1PM-6PM. Self-Collection will be at our brick and mortar, 1 West coast Drive #01-87, Singapore 128020. Self-collection timing would be 1PM-6PM.
For self-arranged delivery, please do take note that all pastries are to be considered of fragile items and we will not be liable for any damaged incurred during the delivery.
No amendments are allowed for confirmed orders 3 days or less prior to the scheduled collection date. We will not accept any cancellations for processed orders.
